1. Retainers & Payments

A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your Christmas Mini Session. Once booked, that date and time is held exclusively for you, and I turn away other potential clients. This retainer protects that time and ensures it isn’t given to someone else. The remaining balance is due prior to the start of your session.

2. Late Arrivals & No Shows

Christmas Minis are scheduled back-to-back with no buffer time. If you arrive late, your session time will be shortened or forfeited. If you miss your scheduled time slot entirely, your session will be considered a no-show, and the full remaining balance is still required.

3. Rescheduling Policy

Due to the seasonal nature of these sessions, reschedules are not permitted. Christmas Minis are only available for a limited time, and missed sessions cannot be moved to another date.

5. Social Media

From time to time, I will share photos from sessions on my website and social media to show the types of sessions I offer and the style of work I create.
If you prefer not to have your photos shared, your preference will be fully respected and has no impact on your session or gallery.

6. Image Delivery & Gallery Access

Your edited images will be delivered via a secure online gallery within 24 hours of your session. A valid email address is required to receive and download your images.

Galleries are available for 30 days from the delivery date. It is your responsibility to download your files within that time. If your gallery expires and you need it reopened, a $25 reactivation fee will apply.
