Once submitted, your session is officially confirmed and locked in.

1. Retainers & Payments

A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your session. Once booked, that date and time is held exclusively for you, and I turn away other potential clients. This retainer protects that time and ensures it isn’t given to someone else. Photos will not be released until the session is paid in full.

2. Late Arrivals

Communication is KEY! A 10-minute grace period is allowed if you are running late. Life happens—traffic, red lights, last-minute chaos—I understand. All I ask is that you communicate with me as soon as you know you’ll be late. A quick text goes a long way. If I don’t have a session immediately after yours, I may be able to honor your full session time. However, this is not guaranteed and will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If I do have sessions booked after yours, we will proceed with the time remaining in your original session slot.

If you are more than 10 minutes late with no call, text, or notice, I will consider your session cancelled. Your retainer will not be refunded, and full payment will be required to book a future session.

3. Rescheduling Policy

One complimentary reschedule is allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice or in the case of bad weather. If a second reschedule is requested, your session will be canceled, your reinter forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book again. Unfortunately, I cannot continue rescheduling sessions every week. This prevents me from offering those dates to other potential clients. Your understanding is appreciated.

4. Mini Sessions

Mini sessions are scheduled with no buffer time between clients. This means they are booked back-to-back. It is extremely important that you arrive on time and ready to begin. You’re welcome to arrive early and wait. However, if you miss your scheduled window, I will not be able to fit you in later. No exceptions will be made when sessions are booked back-to-back.

5. Social Media

From time to time, I will share photos from sessions on my website and social media to show the types of sessions I offer and the style of work I create.
If you prefer not to have your photos shared, your preference will be fully respected and has no impact on your session or gallery.

6. Image Delivery & Gallery Access

Your edited images will be delivered via a secure online gallery. A valid email address is required to receive and download your images.

Galleries are available for 30 days from the delivery date. It is your responsibility to download your files within that time. If your gallery expires and you need it reopened, a $25 reactivation fee will apply.
